What Causes Pain Around The Heart While Breathing?
29 Year Old Male. The area around my heart hurts when I breathe. It started suddenly at 4 p.m. CT today. I took ibuprofen and put a heating pad on it and it went away for an hour. Then it came back. I just put a heating pad on again and it went away again. I played softball last night but felt fine afterwards and this morning. Have done zero physical activity today. What could it be?

I think you should get checked first before saying what it can be. You should check your heart first then if it is normal it can be muscle pain.
