What Causes Pain Around The Hip On The Left Side?
I have a large cyst on my right ovary. Several months ago it was a little bigger that 8cm. For the past 4 months, i have had pain in my left hip area as well as periods of nausea, but no pain or discomfort in the area of my cyst. The cyst showed clear and blood tests OK.

An ovarian cyst of 8 cm is big enough to cause symptoms of pain, bleeding, etc. I suggest you to consult your gynecologist for clinical assessment, repeat ultrasound and to consider surgical removal of cyst.
