What Causes Pain Around The Kidney Area?

Hi i have on going kidney disease..i have just 1 working kidney..i was at the hospital last week with kidney pain..however i was in the hospital just under 2 days then they let me go home..i had a ct scan and blood tests and they said my kidney is ok so they sent me home..i have on me at the moment prodeane(pain killers )I ve taken 3 today and the pain is still here now..i don t really want to go to hospital it maybe nothing.?

Hi in your case if they discharge you it means that they found nothing any calculis any hydronephrosis sign of infection or any perinephric abscess,some time due to dehydration or ureteric spasm there is such kind of renal colic so just improve your hydration status,along with pain killer you may add tab.nospa fort PO BD and syp citralka 2 TSF in half glass TDS.
