What Causes Pain Around The Lower Abdomen And Pelvic Area?

Hi.I have pain around my lower abdomen and pelvic area in the kidneys,tailbone,colon,testicles .this pain comes when I lay down and in early mornings with the urge to empty my bowels.I frequently feel the urge to urinate when laying down.it has been present for months now.I have treated STDs but no change.

Hi I think you should do a urine routine and microscopy and culture done to see if there is any infection. It can be due to some urine infections. Drink around 3 to 4 litres of water per day and take some urine alkaliser like syrup alkasol. You may need some antibiotic according to the culture report. Hope it helps. Also get a pelvic examination done by a gynecologist. You can be having some vaginal infection also. You may need some antibiotic and antifungal drugs orally as well as vaginal to treat that.
