What Causes Pain Around The Navel?
My daughter 6 year old and her stomach pain around naval has been occurred since 15 days. Sometime pain disappear and sometime appear. Ultrasound report says few subcentric para aorotic and mesentric lymph nodeds are seen with largest short axis diameter of 7mm. What means and plese suggest for treatment.

The presence of subcentric para aortic and mesenteric lymph nodes could be due to infection in the abdominal organs explaining the pain around navel he is having. My fear is appendicitis. So, run abdominal CT-scan as the pain is recurring for 15 days now. Discuss this with the pediatric surgeon.
