Hello,

Thanks for writing to HealthCareMagic, I am Dr Muhammd Ahmad, I have closely read your question and I understand your concerns, I will hereby guide you regarding your health related problem.

Usually this kind of pain is due to musculoskeletal problems, usually happens due to sleeping in a wrong posture, drinking soda and coffe doesn't really help in this regard.

Here is what i would suggest you to do.

1) Do not panic this doesn't seem to be anything serious.
2) Take tylenol 500mg for pain.
3) Take good test.
4) Try to sleep straight or on the right lateral for some days.
5) Do warm compresses over the area of pain.

It might take a few days before it gets better.

I hope this answered your question, if you have more feel free to ask, otherwise close the discussion and rate it.

Regards.

Dr.Muhammad Ahmad.
