What Causes Pain Around The Right Rotator Cuff?
I am having a dull ache near my right rotator cuff area. It is causing a numbness in my right arm at night when I lie down and I can t sleep. It been happening for three nights. Also my hand has this ache as well. I ve been sleeping on ice packs at night with helps a bit but not entirely. I took 2 Aleve and this did not help.

It appears that you have injured your muscle/tendons of your shoulder. Single cuff injuries can be treated with exercise therapies that improves the flexibility and strength of the muscles. Extensive rotator cuff tears may require repair by surgery or tendon/Joint replacement.
Get physically examined, damage to the nerves cause numbing. Get Nerve function tests done, get evaluated & treated. For pain take Combiflam(Ibuprofen-paracetamol combination) one sos when pain.
