What Causes Pain At The Back Of Neck After Hitting Head?

A month ago I passed out and hit my head I did all the test including CIT scan every report came normal doctor gave me 2 medicine one for the pain and one for anxiety and it worked great but after finishing my medicine I have pain at my back neck like a headache but I feel good when I have fresh air

Hi. What exactly did you have a CT of - was it just your head or did it include your cervical spine (neck). If you had a CT of your cervical spine and this was normal, then the likelihood of any significant injury is very low. If you did not have your cervical spine imaged, then I would suggest this is a priority now and you need to visit your Emergency Department - ideally the same one that you visited initially following your injury.
