What Causes Pain At The Base Of Skull And Lump On Forehead?
Two things...I have had pain at the base of my skull/neck...dull pain most of the time...like a stiff neck...but sometimes the pain is sharp and radiates to the front...then tonight..I have a small lump appear on my forehead...not painful ..just hard lump.

Pain at base of skull may be related to underlying muscle spasm or ligament sprain or strain. The lump on forehead seems to be of concern with soft tissue enlargement such as lipoma or sebaceous cyst.
