What Causes Pain At The Bottom Of Foot?

I have this pain at the bottom of my left foot -sole. When I stand up from sitting down or sleeping and put weight on it, it is painful. After a few minutes of walking or putting weight on it, it goes away. This is a regular occurrence now for some time, say several months or more. Any suggestions?

You may be having a vitamin D deficiency. Get Vitamin D levels and replace it if it comes back low. Vitamin D and Calcium deficiency can cause such symptoms
