What Causes Pain Behind The Ear,dizziness And Painful Salivation?

I have a number of symptoms ... it hurts when I salivate; ever more frequent & sudden severe pain behind right ear moves upward into head; pain in jaw when I try to open to chew; itchy ear & fels swollen inside when using cotton swab to clean bathwater; constant sinus drip/cough and nose mucus smells bad. Some unexplained hiccoughs; 1x ringing in ear & 1x dizzyness.

I have read your query and understand your concern . As far as pain behind ear , jaw pain and nose mucus is concerned this can be due sinusitis , Temporomandibular disorder or impacted wisdom tooth . For this I will suggest you to consult ENT and oral surgeon for clinical examination and evaluation . Inmeantime you can take medicine like Allegra and Analgesic like Myospaz forte by consulting with local doctor.
