General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Removal of the PICC line is not responsible for the symptoms, but it is the underlying disturbances in cerebral circulation at micro levels or affecting balance mechanics via neurons from fluid-electrolyte imbalance or others.

Maintain hydration with plenty of liquids and consult your doctor`s office for further management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Purva Patel
