What Causes Pain Behind The Left Knee?

Hi I am 57 year old female i have pain in my left leg at back of my knee it feels crampy. I don t feel any lumps. I am limping as a result. Pain can radiate down to back of foot. I feel the leg should click and i would get relief but it won t click. Please tell me what is wrong and what I can do to make it better. Regards, Frances

Hello,

It might be due to conditions like tendinitis or sprain.

As of now, you can use analgesics/anti-inflammatory combination like Aceclofenac/Serratiopeptidase for symptomatic relief.

If symptoms persist, better to consult an orthopedician and get evaluated.
