What Causes Pain Behind The Left Shoulder?

Hi ,I always feel pain on left back near the shoulder, I have seen many doctors and used various medicines, and physiotherapy. No treatment has been useful so far. Is there any other advice from your side. I should mention that the vitamin D of my body is lover than proper amount and my cholesterol ratio is about 5.6, but wondering if there is any relation .....?

I have gone through your query. Low vitamin d and high cholesterol levels also causes body aches. Take vitamin d supplementation and see whether it improves.
