What Causes Pain Behind The Right Eye?

Symptoms of head pain on right side only and pain behind right eye, right ear pain for several weeks, worse when I lie down. Today saw bloody red splotch in each eye simultaneously after bending my head forward. Drs said not sinus and not ear infection. Dental appointment tomorrow but no tooth pain.
