What Causes Pain Behind The Right Shoulder Blade?

Having a dull pain in behind the right side of my breast with shoulder blade pain (dull). Then a few days later I felt a lump in my throat. Then a couple days after that I feel a tingling in my neck to face and right arm. Everything is on the right side.

It may be possible there is compression of your cervical Nerves.Kindly go for x ray cervical and return.
