What Causes Pain Behind The Right Shoulder?
Hello I frequently get an aching pain behind the right shoulder and upper spine. Should this be an issue I should be concerned about? I also have problems breathing but this could be due to living in the Ohio valley and the Pollen is active right now

Hello,
It either can be a bursitis of shoulder joint or a pinched spinal nerve. You should do X-ray of neck and shoulder. Take anti-inflammatory drugs such as Advil or naproxen to ease the pain. Put cold compresses in spine or neck.
