What Causes Pain Behind The Right Shoulder?

I have a pain in my back right shoulder area, feels like a cramping sensation. And also a smaller pain all the way through that spot to my chest area. My right arm is a little tingly. 30 minutes ago, I was having mild abdominal cramping (though not entirely uncommon because I have IBS).

Good Evening,
Thanks for given information,According to the symptoms pain behind right shoulder, and IBS,
in Some conditions which may cause shoulder blade pain include gallstones, peptic ulcer disease, and liver disease. With these conditions, the referred pain is often to the right shoulder blade. The pancreas is part of the digestive system, but pancreatitis is more likely to cause pain in the left shoulder blade.
you need to perform Investigations to confirm diagnosis
ABDOMINAL ULTRASOUND
H.pylori

kindly I advise you consult with Gastroenterologist
