What Causes Pain Behind The Shoulder Blade?

I have a pain that started about lunch yesterday. The pain goes from in behind my shoulder blade on my back right side and goes into my chest behind my breast. It doesn t get worse with movement and it is not extremely painful just a constant ache. I have tried Advil and it doesn t seem to make a difference. Any ideas?

I think that this could be just a muscular pain, but to be sure, I suggest to do a thoracic X-ray in order to exclude other problem.
