What Causes Pain Below Abdomen, Back And Leg?
i have a continuous pain throughout the night from the right side of my brain that to my leg, i was unable to sleep, more so i feel pain below my abdomen, i don t know if am pregnant or not, and always have a constant pain at my back, can anyone be of help?

The said symptoms does not suggest pregnancy. Anyhow, if your period is due and there is chance of pregnancy, better to do a urine test. Otherwise, try taking simple analgesics like acetaminophen 3 times a day for 3 days, have adequate sleep, drink enough fluids and stay relaxed. If symptoms are not getting down with these measure in 2-3 days, we can evaluate further.
