What Causes Pain Below Chest Radiating Into Back And Chin?

Today I got a severe pain just below the rib cage that went around to my back and also causes pain under my chin, It s like in back of the roof of my mouth. This is my second experience and its very scary. Its not acid backing up. This is different. I can drink while this is happening. No trouble swallowing. Lasts about ten to 15 minutes. First time seemed to be alleviated after a big burp..
