What Causes Pain Below Diaphragm While Coughing?
Hello Dr. For the past week+ I have been experiencing pain in my stomach (immediately below diaphragm) the area is hard and hurts when I cough; my belly is bloated like a basketball; I constantly feel a cross between nausea and indigestion, my skin is itchy and my urine has been orange at the end of the day. My doctor just went to a concierge practice and haven t found a new one yet so wanted to run this by someone to see what they thought. Thank you. YYYY@YYYY

I really appreciate your concern, looking to the symptoms it is advisable to get done the liver profile test like SGPT Bilirubin urine test just to rule out the hepatic infection till then "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg and Domperidone30 mg can be tried once in day hope this helps.
