Hello,

It can be muscular, but we should be ascertain it's not from your internal organs. So, to me, you should try to help your bowels cleanse totally and see if this changes anything. Plus, you need to get an abdominal ultrasound, chest X-ray, urine analysis to determine the right diagnosis.
