What Causes Pain Below The Breasts?

I have a pain in the middle of my body just below where my bra was. It feels like I swallowed a pill wrong and it is stuck in my esphaogus, or the beginning of my stomach. I think is it worse tonight after a large meal. The pain kind of throbs. I salivate and then swallow often, possible swallowing air, and it could be a gas pain, but I ve never had them before. position doesn t change the pain, which is more pronounced now, 3 hours after we left the restrarant. Calamari, Brussel sprots, garlic bread tonite, but I ve had this th last few days.

Thanks for your question. I do understand your pain and discomfort. I have seen many cases with similar complaints. Please find my advice below-:
1)First do an endoscopy exam to ruled out stomach and GI tract growth
2)Do an ultrasound full abdomen as well as pelvic
3)Do Stool exam
These investigations will tell actually what is the real pathology .Do not worry at all if you have not reduced body weight and dysphagia(inability to swallow foods).
