Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi I have upper abdominal pain below my breast bone. It feels like a flair up or spasm. Under stress it can create a rash around my abdominal area. It causes a loss of appetite & weight loss. At the same time I appear to have textile contact dermatitis
Spastic pain under breast might be due to muscle cramps. For that take tablet diclofenac plus chlorzoxazone twelve hours. If possible apply hot compressions. For contact, dermatitis applies clobetasol 0.5% cream twelve hours. Consult a dermatologist to confirm the diagnosis as well as further advice. If chest pain is of long duration along with weight loss and appetite loss. Please consult a gynecologist as early as possible to rule out possible malignant lesion of the breast.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Hiren Hirpara
