What Causes Pain Below The Chest On The Left Side?

I have this pain below the chest on the left hand side and also some times on the right . I there are burps .. when I drink water .so I thought it s a gastric and have taken rantac tablet yesterday night before food . Now today morning from 11 am again I am facing it ..can I take omez d tablet ? Should I take before food or after food

yes take omez for one week before food ..Ur symptoms are due to gastritis avoid spicy foods take fruits and vegetables more..
