Hello!

Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!

Your symptoms could be related to irritable bowel syndrome or gallbladder stones.

As the pain is not triggered by touching, a musculo-skeletal pain can be excluded.

For this reason, I would recommend consulting with your attending physician for a careful physical exam and some tests:

-complete blood count
- ALT, AST
- Bilirubin levels
- gama GT
- ESR, PCR for inflammation
- an abdominal ultrasound.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
