What Causes Pain Below The Ribcage Radiating To The Thoracic Region?

Hey Doc I have a tricky one for you--pain started in DECEMBER on left front rib cage (under breast ) and radiated to back thoriac region. was diagnosed as costochandritis. Pain never went away but they found gallbladder problems (gallstone in neck of gallbladder). So removed gallbladder in march and never found stone. Also during this time was having GERD so endoscopy was performed and short term Barretts was discovered. On 60 mg of dexilant to stop acid. I m still experiencing front chest pain and back pain. It s worse with lifting, twisting, bending and hunching. I ve had EKG, chest xray, blood work is 100 % normal...15 chiropractor appts and a month a physical therapy...any ideas what s going on in chest...think chest is bothered now with eating and drinking....thank you

HI
I really appreciate your concern, over all symptoms could be due to Hyperacidity and this may be due to stress, and you can try "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day with Domperidone 30 mg" once in day at evening time, for six weeks, hope this information helps, take care have a nice day.
