What Causes Pain Between Breasts With Radiation To Both Arms?

I recently had pain between my breast for 6 0r 7 hours an d pain went down both arms for a few seconds. With this I had nausea. Since then I want to sleep all the time. Can you please tell me what may have occurred? Thanks, YYYY@YYYY

it might be just muscle spasm or might be gastritis pain(after eating spicy food)..avoid spicy food intake..drink lot of water and curd
