What Causes Pain Between Hips?
About the lastl year I ve been getting the worst pain ever in my pelvic between my hips it hurts so bad I can t move at at times it feels like what I would think a hernia would be it lasts for two to four hours then goes away for a couple weeks it s a deep pain I ve had 3kids and the pain is up there with contractions during birth

I really appreciate your concern, this could be due to muscular spasm and in my opinion the best medicine to subside the pain, is "Tab Acetaminophen with Diclofenac and Chlorzoxazone, no need to worry about this soon pain will come around, take care and have a nice day.
