As per your query you have pain in upper right of the back which is going worse . Well there can be many reason for symptoms you mention in query like muscle spasm of back . pain due to trigger points of trapezius muscle , cerviral spondolysis , shoulder joint problem , lung infection , cardiac problem or lymphadenopathy in armpits .
I would suggest you to take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain and swelling , do light stretching exercises of upper back and shoulder , apply warm compresses on affected area or start physical therapy of back . Consult orthopedic surgeon for proper diagnosis .
