What Causes Pain Between The Elbows And Shoulders?
I have been having problems with my arm, between my elbow and shoulder on the left side. The pain has gotten worse with time. I now cannot raise my arm above my head to brush my hair or fold it behind me to get dressed. I was at my dr s office about two weeks ago regarding something else. he said it was probably a muscle problem because when he touched a certain spot I about came out of my chair. I have been taking naprasyn pretty regular. The pain has now come up to my shoulder and around my collar bone. The heat helps for awhile as does the ice the pills help for a few hours. is this a muscle problem or something more series?
Please do not worry. it is nothing more than a frozen shoulder. It will hamper your movements of shoulder further if you do not start Physiotherapy at once. Please get evaluated for PA shoulder and Cerivical brachalgia because both condition can coexist. Start seeing a Physiotherapist as soon as possible.
Hope that helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. M Zahoor Bhat
