General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear,
I am sorry for you loss.
It can be stress related, but I prefer to name a condition as related to stress after ruling out any possible cause. You are in a stressful period of your life right now, I understand that, but I would recommend you to be checked by your doctor. Even if it is stress related, you need a hand on how to manage that.
Thank your for writing.
I hope you find my answer useful.
