Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
If its of sudden onset then better to consult a physician and get an ECG done to rule out Myocardial infarction or heart attack. It can be even simple gastritis. But you need to get evaluated. If the pain is just due to gastritis the doctor may give you antacid tablets like Pantop or omez and suggest some lifestyle tips like avoiding spicy oily food and taking small meals at frequent intervals.
