What Causes Pain Between The Shoulder Blades While Breathing?
been having alot of pain between shoulder blades, with pain when breathing. In the past few days I have had heavy pressure on my chest and even feeling like my heart isn t beating right and feels like it is beating or my heart is coming threw my neck.

It could be a simple musculoskeletal pain.
As of now, you can use analgesics/anti-inflammatory combination like aceclofenac/serratiopeptidase for symptomatic relief.
If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
An MRI might be required for further assessment.
