What Causes Pain Between The Shoulder Blades?
Hi, I have been having pain between my shoulder blades most of the day and in my lower back. Then this afternoon I went and watered my plants and just pulled a couple of weeds. My chest ever since has been hurting. It was at first extremely painful, sharp stabbing pain. Now, it is still a stabbing pain. Also, earlier, when i was getting the really bad sharp pains, my leftside of my neck and jaw were hurting, and felt almost stiff like. Do, I need to worry or just kind of monitor it in case it gets worse?

Hello,
I suggest you rest, do not elevate heavy things, make physiotherapy and use Ibuprofen. If you don't feel better make X-ray or MRI.
