What Causes Pain Between Thigh And Leg?

Ive been seeing a chiropractor for about a month . Months previous to that I was having pain on the side of my legs right where crease is between leg and hip. It feels like a sprain on the side of my leg and the front of my thigh. Which seemed to worsen when I tried my elliptical trainer. I took an aspirin. Should I try ice or heat for relief. I do have an appt. tomorrow am. THx

Hi,

It could be a sprain or musculoskeletal pain.

As of now, you can use analgesics/anti-inflammatory combination like aceclofenac/serratiopeptidase for symptomatic relief.

If symptoms persist better to consult an orthopaedic and plan for an MRI scan.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
