What Causes Pain, Burning And Tearing In And Around Belly Button?

I have significant pain inside, on top of and on both sides of my belly button - pain ranges from throbbing, burning, tearing and pressure pain. The doctor ordered a CT Scan and blood work on Saturday and everything came back normal. It hurts to sit at my desk, to bend over, to hold my baby against my tummy, etc. The area is very sensitive to any type of pressure. It hurts to lay on my side and I wouldn't even think of laying on my tummy. I am being referred to a gastro specialist... what could be causing this pain?
