Hello,
You are suffering from pain during bowel movement after having intercourse. Your symptoms can be suggestive of
pelvic floor dysfunction, IBS, Crohn's disease,
endometriosis, uterine fibroids and ovarian cysts, ovarian torsion can also cause
abdominal pain. Chronic bowel issues can impact the function of the pelvic floor muscles over time and cause tensing and cramping.
Take adequate amount of water and fluids. Severe
constipation can cause abdominal cramping. Take laxatives if needed. Add fiber to your diet. Post-sex pain can be suggestive of
adenomyosis, certain pelvic infections, IBS & Crohn's disease. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a gynae and get required blood tests and investigations done. Your treatment will depend on the pathology detected and severity of the symptoms.
Women who have pain during and after sex commonly have pelvic floor dysfunction. Pelvic floor dysfunction occurs due to dryness & stress. It can also be due to past or present sexual trauma, or rough sex. You can take Naproxen or Combiflam for relief. You can take PPIs, one stat when needed.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
