What Causes Pain During Ejaculation Post Vasectomy?
My friend who is 68 years old had a vasectomy about 15 years ago. Since then, he can get an erection and have an orgasm but can t ejaculate which causes so much pain that he chooses not to have any kind of physical closeness. I read that a reversal might help but what are the odds especially after all this time?

A vasectomy doesnt cause any problems 15 years later. It's better to get a check up done.
