What Causes Pain During Intercourse With Low Sperm Count Post Hernia Surgery?

My son is 30 years old and had hernia surgery last March. He has had some pain during intercourse that he never had before and a bulging vein or something siring sex. He and his wife are try g to get pregnant and went to a fertility Dr. She has good eggs but he had no sperm count. He has contacted the Dr. But is very upset as to what could be wrong. And ice please!

I suggest you to post the semen analysis report for more information. In case, there are no sperms in semen, assisted reproductive techniques (ART) can be done to increase the chances of conception. I suggest you to consult a fertility expert for further management.
