Hello and welcome to HCM,
Painful urination in a child can occur due to many reasons.
Infection of the urinary tract is one of the common causes.
Meatal stenosis is another cause.
In meatal stenosis the meatus at the tip of penis gets obstructed and thus causes painful urination.
Posterior urethral valves is one condition which causes difficult urination. Pain may or may not be associated.

It may not be possible to suggest name of any pediatrician in your city/ town on the forum.

Thanks and take care
