What Causes Pain During Urination After Taking Mroning After Pill?
I had sex during my period in the last days of the menstrual cycle when I was just in the spotting phase; my boyfriend and I did not use protection because we are both negative for HIV so he(my boyfriend) had said that I am safe during my period and right after my period; still I insisted that we get the morning after pill and I took it and now; I am spotting this brown coloured blood in very small quantities (i think its blood) and when I pee; when I try to hold on to my pee i have this sharp cutting pain after I have peed; its like the pain is coming from the inside behind my pubic bone.

The morning after pill can cause problems in period for short period of time. But that should not cause pain. the reason of your pain is likely to be infection, especially because you have pain during peeing. Take plenty of water. Maintain hygiene. Check urine for culture test and take medicines after the culture report. You can take paracetamol tablet for pain relief as of now.
