What Causes Pain During Urination And Bleeding While On Latuda?

In the past I had side effects of severe urethral and bladder lesions due to strattera. Extensive testing ruled out possible alternatives and once administration of strattera was discontinued such conditions/symptoms completely abated. For the past seven week I have been taking Latuda and dosage was steadily increased up to 80 mgs two weeks ago. Two days ago I started with similar symptoms of very painful urination and slight periodic bleeding following urination (2-4 drops). Sometimes pain will last up to 15-13 minutes post urination. Are the HCL components of both drugs a likely cause of such symptoms? By the way my psychiatrist has been alerted and has me reducing to 60 mg this evening, tomorrow I see my primary physician to begin urinary work up.
