What Causes Pain During Urination And Dark Urine?
When I pee,it burns sometimes,my urine is darker than usual.I also notice a brown discharge on my underwear after I pee. I also experience a mild itching from the tip of my penis.I have ITP,as well as high blood pressure/high cholesterol,and I do smoke. So,I'm confused not knowing if I have a tract infection,an STD,or something else that's wrong.

As from your history it seems to be blood is discharging in your urine .
as ITP and Urinary tract infection will cause blood in urine. kindly do urine routine and urine culture with ultrasound abdomen to rule out any kidney stones.
you need to do platelet count to know your platelet counts whether it is in normal range.
kindly visit a physician with this report for further treatment advise.
