General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I am sorry for the situation you are in. I hope my following advice will alleviate your symptoms until you get back home:
- keep a good vaginal hygiene; wash with warm water and soap. Rinse well and at the end rinse with chamomile tea
- avoid sexual intercourse until improvement
- apply iodine vaginal ovules you find over the counter
- increase water intake
- take cranberry and magnesium citrate to ease your urinary symptoms.

If no improvement, should go to ER and get further check-ups there for a more specific/prescription medications.

Wish fast recovery! Have a good staying in France!
