What Causes Pain During Urination With Swelling In Genitals?
A male of 55 started to have a pussy discharge from the penis but prior to this he had complained of the shaft being sore to the touch, was painful to urinate, felt that the stream when urinating was stronger, and 2 days ago the genitals had swelled when playing with it - not the normal swelling it doubled in size including the scrotum

I think that this male had silent renal(kidney) stones which were excreted through the urethra, which in the process, could have injured the inner lining of penis. Whenever there is injury, chances of infection increase and there could even be extravasation of urine and pus. Please consult a Urologist and deal this as an emergency.Wishing a speedy recovery.
