What Causes Pain During Urination?

I am 54 yrs old and I am experiencing pain at the end of my urination my husband performed oral sex on me about a week in half or maybe 2 weeks ago but I'm now having this real bad pain, went to the doctor no UTI, all my blood work came back negative but I'm still having the pain when I urinate. Can you please tell me what maybe causing this problem?

your problem may be due to kidney stones or bladder stones
do you have pain in loin or in thigh region if yes then its stones
