General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It is urinary colic. Get a scan to r/o calculus. Get a urine routine and cultures done. Take antibiotics according to culture reports. Continue taking plentiful oral water and fluids. Take tablet Drotin for pain.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. AJEET SINGH, General & Family Physician
