hi
pain & mild bleeding during urination can be due to reasons like renal or ureteric stones.
the other reason can be due to chronic urinary tract infection
please go for an ultrasound abdomen & pelvis, x-ray KUB, Urine analysis TO RULE OUT for the possible problems.
please take an opinion from the urologist.
all the best
take care
